Extension, keys, directory and call groups are set in the Telexico portal and pushed to the handset before it ships. Plug it in and it registers.
PoE or PSU, your choice
Every desk phone is available PoE powered or with a mains adapter. We check your switches on the survey and ship the right build.
DECT kits sized to the site
Bases and handsets in the quantities your floor plan needs, with repeaters where range demands it, and extra handsets added later from the portal.
Re-use what you have
Existing Grandstream, Yealink and other open-standard SIP handsets can usually be re-provisioned onto the Telexico platform at no charge.
Volume pricing
Ten or more handsets attract volume pricing. Ask for a quote with the desk count and we price the whole estate.
Supported for life
Firmware, resyncs, re-keys and replacements are handled by your named engineer from the portal, with manufacturer warranty behind every unit.
Managed from the portal
Configured, keyed and updated without an engineer visit.
Both ranges support secure provisioning and encrypted signalling, zero-touch deployment and central device management, so rollouts across several sites are a portal job rather than a site visit.

Are the prices including or excluding VAT?
All handset prices on this page exclude VAT. They are supply prices for handsets on rolling 30-day terms or bought outright; on a 12-month Telexico term the handsets are included.
Why do some models say “call for best price”?
Yealink pricing moves with distributor stock and bundle options such as the PSU and multi-handset kits, so we quote it live rather than publish a figure that could be out of date. Call 01902 427 427 or send the form and you will have a price the same day.
Do I have to buy handsets, or are they included?
Both are available. On a 12-month term the handsets are included and become yours; on a rolling 30-day term or an outright purchase the prices on this page apply. Existing SIP handsets from Grandstream, Yealink and other open-standard makers can usually be re-provisioned onto the Telexico platform at no charge.
Which handset is right for reception?
A multi-line phone with busy-lamp fields and an expansion module: the GRP2615 with a GBX20 module, the GRP2670 touch screen, or the Yealink SIP-T74W or SIP-T77U with EXP55 modules lets reception see who is on a call and transfer with one key. We specify it from your call flow, not from a catalogue.
PoE or PSU: which do I need?
If your network switch provides Power over Ethernet, choose the PoE model and no adapter is needed at the desk. If it does not, choose the model with a mains PSU or the “with PSU” bundle. We check this on the site survey.
Can I mix desk phones, cordless handsets and apps?
Yes, and most sites do: desk phones at fixed positions, DECT or Wi-Fi cordless handsets for people who move, and the Telexico Mobile App and Web UC for everyone else. They all share the same extension plan, directory and voicemail.
What happens when someone moves desk or office?
Nothing physical. Handsets are provisioned remotely from the portal, so a phone can be reassigned, renamed or re-keyed in minutes, and hot-desking lets a user log into any handset with their own extension.
How quickly can handsets arrive?
Pre-provisioned handsets ship configured; most sites are live within days of the order, with number porting scheduled around your existing contract end dates.
