The GRP2615, in plain English.
The GRP2615 is Telexico’s standard reception and operator phone. Ten line keys and five SIP accounts handle a busy front desk, forty built-in digital BLF keys show who is on a call, and when a receptionist needs to see every extension in the building a GBX20 extension module adds forty labelled keys per module.
The 4.3-inch colour display, dual Gigabit PoE ports, integrated dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a USB port make it as flexible as it is capable: wireless headsets, cable-free positions and USB headsets all work out of the box. Carrier-grade security and the swappable faceplate match the rest of the GRP series.
Key layouts for reception are built in the Telexico portal by clicking on a picture of the phone, so a new starter’s extension appears on the operator’s screen the same day without an engineer visit.

Grandstream GRP2615: your questions.
How many extensions can reception monitor?
Forty on the phone itself, plus forty per GBX20 module. Up to four modules can be daisy-chained for 160 further keys.
Does the GRP2615 have a USB port?
Yes, alongside integrated Bluetooth and dual-band Wi-Fi, so USB and Bluetooth headsets both work directly.
What powers the GBX20 module?
A single GBX20 is powered by the GRP2615. If two or more modules are connected, the 12 V adapter supplied with the GBX20 powers them.
