The GRP2616, in plain English.
The GRP2616 is the executive desk phone in the GRP range. A 4.3-inch colour display is joined by a second 2.4-inch screen that shows the virtual keys with names rather than paper labels, forty-eight in total, and six dual-colour line keys carry up to six SIP accounts, so a director, practice manager or team leader can answer for several departments from one phone.
Integrated dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a USB port give it the connectivity of a modern laptop: cable-free positions, wireless headsets and USB headsets all work without adapters. Dual Gigabit PoE ports and the included 12 V adapter cover cabled desks.
Telexico supplies the GRP2616 for senior staff, small reception points and anyone who wants a large screen and a bank of named keys without an add-on module. Like every handset we supply, it is provisioned from the Telexico portal and shipped ready to plug in.
Highlights
- Two screens: a 4.3-inch main display and a 2.4-inch screen of labelled keys
- Six SIP accounts for people who answer for more than one business or department
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB built in
- Executive finish with a swappable faceplate
Best for
- Directors and senior staff
- Practice and office managers
- Small reception points
- Multi-department answering

Grandstream GRP2616: your questions.
GRP2616 or GRP2615: which is right for reception?
Both suit reception. The GRP2615 has ten line keys and takes GBX20 expansion modules for very large key counts; the GRP2616 has six line keys and a second screen of named keys built in. For a switchboard watching the whole building, choose the GRP2615 with modules; for a front desk that wants everything on one phone, the GRP2616.
Does the second screen replace paper labels?
Yes. The 2.4-inch secondary display shows the key names set in the Telexico portal, so a change of staff is a portal edit rather than a new label strip.
Does it support Bluetooth headsets?
Yes. Bluetooth is integrated, alongside an RJ9 jack with EHS and a USB port for wired USB headsets.
