The GRP2614, in plain English.
The GRP2614 puts two colour screens on one desk phone. The main 2.8-inch display handles calls and menus; the 2.4-inch secondary screen shows eight dual-colour extension keys across pages, forty virtual keys in all, so a sales or service desk can see who is free and transfer with one touch without buying a separate module.
Integrated dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth come as standard, which means the phone can sit on a desk with no network point and work with a Bluetooth headset. Dual Gigabit ports with PoE serve cabled desks, and the included 12 V adapter covers everything else.
Telexico specifies the GRP2614 for sales teams, service desks and team leaders who juggle several calls and need to watch colleagues’ availability. It is provisioned and re-keyed from the Telexico portal like the rest of the range.
Highlights
- A second colour screen with eight paged keys: forty busy-lamp fields and speed dials without an add-on module
- Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for cable-free desks and wireless headsets
- Dual Gigabit ports with PoE
- Zero-touch provisioning and key layout from the Telexico portal
Best for
- Sales desks
- Service and support teams
- Headset users
- Desks with no network cable

Grandstream GRP2614: your questions.
Does the GRP2614 need an expansion module?
Usually not. Its secondary screen gives forty virtual keys across pages. The GRP2614 does not take an extension module; if you need more than forty monitored keys, the GRP2615 with a GBX20 module is the answer.
Does it have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi built in?
Yes. Both are integrated: dual-band Wi-Fi for cable-free desks and Bluetooth for wireless headsets or pairing a mobile.
How is it powered?
By PoE from a powered switch (IEEE 802.3af) or by the 12 V adapter that is included in the box.
