The reality

Business SIM Cards pain points we hear every week.

If any of these feel familiar, it's not a tech problem — it's a provider problem.

"Different staff need different networks."

EE is strong in town. Vodafone wins at site B. O2 has the rural coverage. Currently you'd need three carrier contracts — or accept some staff on poor signal.

"Mobile bills are unpredictable."

Some staff blow their data allowance every month. Some never use theirs. Each phone bill is a different number. Reconciling at month-end is a nightmare.

"International roaming is opaque."

Sales staff travel and rack up roaming charges. The carrier portal doesn't show usage in real time. The bill arrives three weeks later with a £400 surprise.

"Adding a new starter takes a week."

Submit a form. Wait for the carrier. Pay £30 setup. SIM arrives by post. Activate manually. Configure manually. Staff member waits a week before they have a working mobile.

"We have no central control."

If someone leaves, their SIM keeps running until you remember to cancel it. Lost handsets aren't blocked centrally. Data plans can't be adjusted in bulk.

"Existing carrier is impossible to reach."

Online chatbots. Hold queues. Account managers who change every six months. Business mobile support is the worst part of running a business — until it's Telexico.

What we install

Business SIM Cards done properly.

What you get when Telexico builds it.

📡

Every UK network on one platform

Vodafone, EE, O2, Three — pick per user, mix freely. Strong-signal network for each location. Single Telexico contract, single bill, single support line.

💾

Pooled data allowances

Light data users contribute their unused allowance to heavy users automatically. The whole team shares one big bucket — overage charges practically disappear.

📊

Central portal management

Add SIMs, suspend lost handsets, adjust plans, see real-time usage, set roaming alerts — all from a single Telexico portal. No need to log into 4 different carrier websites.

🌍

Smart roaming

Real-time usage visibility when staff travel. Automatic alerts at 50% / 80% / 100% of any allowance. Hard cap option to prevent bill shock.

Same-day SIM provisioning

Need a new SIM for a new starter? We post next-day delivery, or eSIM activation within hours where supported. No 5-day wait.

🇬🇧

Real UK support

Direct UK engineering team — not the carrier's tier-1 call centre. Account manager who knows your business by name.

Why Telexico

Built for businesses that need reliability, speed and control.

4UK networks supported
1Bill, one portal, one support number
100GB+Typical pooled data allowance
Same-dayProvisioning available
Multi-network resilience

One carrier is a single point of failure.

If your whole team is on EE and EE has a network outage in your area (they do, sometimes), every staff member is offline simultaneously. With multi-network SIM allocation, EE staff stay on EE, but Vodafone staff stay on Vodafone — operational continuity by design.

📡

Coverage-mapped allocation

Engineer in Wolverhampton? EE. Sales rep in Cornwall? O2. Office team where the building has Vodafone signal? Vodafone. We map coverage to each user's actual locations.

🚨

Single-network outage protection

Major UK network outages happen 1-2 times per year. With multi-network allocation, you might have 25% of staff affected — not 100%. The business keeps running.

📊

Network performance reports

Quarterly review of dropped calls, signal strength reports, network outages affecting your team. If a network is degrading in your area, we recommend re-allocating.

🔄

Easy re-allocation

Switching a user from one network to another is a portal action plus a new SIM. No contract renegotiation. No early termination fee. Real flexibility.

📞

Hot-swappable for travel

Staff member going to a specific area? Temporary SIM swap to the locally-strongest network for the trip. Common for installation engineers visiting customer sites.

🛰️

Pairs with 4G/5G failover

The same mobile SIM ecosystem that powers your team's phones can power your office failover router. Bundled plans for shared SIM portfolios across staff devices + business continuity hardware.

SIM types we provision

Every business mobile use case covered.

Standard staff SIMs are just one category. Modern UK businesses run SIMs for vehicle tracking, payment terminals, alarm systems, IoT devices and 4G/5G failover routers. We provision all of them under one Telexico account.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I really pick a different network per user? +

Yes — that's the whole point. EE for the engineer on rural sites. Vodafone for the office team where Vodafone has the strongest signal. O2 for the team member in a Vodafone dead zone. Single Telexico bill regardless.

Does pooled data really save money? +

For most businesses yes. The maths: if 5 of your 20 staff use 80% of their 25GB allowance every month while the other 15 use 5GB, the unused 300GB is essentially money wasted. Pooling captures it for the heavy users instead.

How does porting work? +

Standard UK number porting — same as switching phone carriers personally. PAC code from your current provider, we port within 1-3 working days. Old service stays live throughout.

What handsets do you supply? +

We're SIM-only — you keep your existing handsets (or buy direct from Apple/Samsung/wherever you prefer). Means no markup, no handset finance, no tie-in.

Can I get 5G? +

Yes — most modern business plans include 5G where the network supports it. Coverage varies by location. The portal shows live coverage maps per network.

How much does it cost? +

Typical business SIM: £8-25/user/month depending on data allowance. Bulk discounts at 10+ SIMs. We benchmark against your current spend during the initial audit — most customers save 15-30% just from network optimisation and pooling.

What about international roaming? +

EU roaming is included in most plans at no extra cost (post-Brexit some networks have re-introduced charges; we tell you which plans are still genuinely free). Beyond EU, daily roaming passes are typically £5-10/day or per-MB pricing.

Can you handle IoT and M2M SIMs? +

Yes — separate cards available for vehicle trackers, payment terminals, alarm systems, CCTV, and connected machinery. Different pricing tier (typically much cheaper per MB but with strict data caps).
