Website tracking, cookies and business identification
When you visit this website the following processing takes place, and you can control the non-essential parts through the cookie banner (or reopen it any time using the link below):
First-party visitor measurement (consent-based). Our own system records the pages you view, a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser, your screen size, referring page and campaign parameters, and (server-side) your IP address and the business network it belongs to, to understand which pages lead to enquiries and follow them up. This only runs after you choose "Accept" in the banner; until then, and if you choose "Essential only", no visitor identifier is created and no page journey is recorded. Geolocation of business IP addresses uses encrypted (HTTPS) lookups via ipwho.is / ipapi.co.
Analytics (consent-based). We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2. Until you accept, these run without cookies or stored identifiers; if you accept, standard analytics cookies are set. Google may process this data outside the UK under its standard contractual safeguards.
Business identification (consent-based). We use Leadinfo B.V. to identify the company (not the individual) behind a visit, based on the visiting IP address and public business data. Leadinfo only runs if you accept identification in the banner. Details and Leadinfo's own opt-out are at leadinfo.com/en/opt-out.
Enquiry forms. Quote and contact forms are processed by Formspree Inc. (USA) to deliver your enquiry to us by email, under their data-processing terms with international-transfer safeguards. We receive the details you enter, the page you enquired from, and your campaign source.
Retention. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer (in which case account retention applies) or ask us to delete them sooner. First-party visit data is retained for up to 24 months.
Your choices. You can withdraw or change tracking consent at any time: open cookie & tracking choices. You also have the rights described above, including complaint to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
