Fast broadband, VoIP phone systems, MS Teams calling, leased lines and cyber security — everything your office needs from a single West Midlands provider.
Offices have straightforward but fundamental communications requirements: broadband that doesn't let you down, phones that work reliably, and a setup that scales as you grow. With the 2027 PSTN switch-off approaching, now is the time to migrate to a modern VoIP and fibre setup that will serve your business for the next decade.
Everything below is available as a standalone service or as part of a managed package. Mix and match what your business needs.
Cloud VoIP replaces your ISDN lines with a more capable system at typically 30–40% lower cost. Hunt groups, auto-attendant, call recording, direct dial per staff member, voicemail to email, mobile app — all included. Scales from 2 to 200 users with no hardware changes.
If your office uses Microsoft 365, Direct Routing connects Teams to the public phone network. Staff make and receive calls inside Teams on their existing laptop — no separate phone required. Same number for desk, laptop and mobile.
Full fibre FTTP broadband delivers up to 1Gbps download and 115Mbps upload — enough for 50+ staff running cloud software, video calls and VoIP simultaneously. Where FTTP isn't available, we install a leased line.
For offices of 30+ staff, call centres, or businesses where downtime has significant financial impact, a dedicated Ethernet leased line delivers guaranteed symmetric speeds with a contractual SLA. 4-hour engineer fix. 99.9%+ uptime.
Assure X monitors your primary connection and switches to a 4G backup within 30 seconds of any failure — automatically, without anyone touching anything. Staff continue working. Calls continue routing. You get a call from us telling you your primary is down and we're on it.
Cyber Essentials certification, managed next-generation firewall, dark web monitoring, email security and endpoint protection. For professional services firms handling client data, this isn't optional — it's a duty of care.

FTTP is a contended (shared) connection delivering up to 1Gbps. A leased line is uncontended (dedicated) with guaranteed speeds and an SLA. FTTP suits offices up to ~30 staff. Leased lines suit larger offices, call centres or businesses where a guaranteed SLA is required.
