Do I need to install anything to use X-Web?
No. X-Web runs entirely in your browser — open a tab, sign in with your magic link, and your full business extension is live. There is nothing to download and no passwords to remember.
Can X-Web really replace a desk phone?
For most screen-based staff, yes: attended and blind transfers, three-way conferencing, multiple concurrent calls, hold, mute and voicemail are all built in. Reception can keep desk phones while everyone else works from the browser.
Does it work from home or when travelling?
