The GRP2602, in plain English.
The GRP2602 is the entry point to the Grandstream GRP series: a 2-line carrier-grade IP phone with a backlit graphical display, four XML-programmable soft keys and HD audio on both the handset and the full-duplex speakerphone. It keeps the enterprise-grade security of the rest of the range, including secure boot and encrypted data storage, which matters when phones sit on open networks in shops, clinics and shared offices.
Telexico supplies the GRP2602 in two builds. The standard GRP2602 ships with a 5 V mains adapter; the GRP2602P draws power from a PoE switch and ships without an adapter. Both are otherwise identical, and both are provisioned remotely from the Telexico portal before they are shipped, so the phone registers to your extension the moment it is plugged in.
It suits positions that take and transfer calls without needing a bank of programmable keys: reception overflow, workshops, back offices, retail counters and hot desks. Where a desk needs more lines, colour and busy-lamp fields, step up to the GRP2612 or GRP2613.
Highlights
- Two lines and four SIP accounts for hot desks, break-out areas and anyone who needs a clear, simple phone
- Carrier-grade security: secure boot, dual firmware images and encrypted configuration
- Zero-touch provisioning from the Telexico portal, so it arrives configured for its extension
- Choose the PoE model where your switch powers the desk, or the PSU model where it does not
Best for
- Hot desks
- Retail counters
- Workshops and back offices
- Mass roll-outs

Grandstream GRP2602: your questions.
What is the difference between the GRP2602 and the GRP2602P?
Only the power source. The GRP2602P has integrated IEEE 802.3af PoE and ships without a mains adapter; the GRP2602 includes a 5 V adapter and does not support PoE. Everything else, including the display, keys and audio, is the same.
Does the GRP2602 support a headset?
Yes. It has an RJ9 headset jack with electronic hook switch (EHS) support for Plantronics, Jabra and Sennheiser wireless headsets, so calls can be answered from the headset.
Can it be wall mounted?
Yes. The GRP2602 is wall mountable with the optional bracket; on the desk it uses the included stand.
