Why a screen changes behaviour

When the queue is invisible, it's theoretical; when it's on the wall — 3 waiting, longest 1:47 — someone wraps their call and takes it. That's the whole psychology, and it works every time. A good wallboard shows calls waiting, longest current wait, today's answered/missed/answer-rate, and who's available, busy, or on wrap — glanceable across a room, not a spreadsheet on a telly. Targets colour it: green day, amber warning, red 'phones first, admin later'.

Beyond the contact centre

Wallboards aren't just for call centres. A garage service desk showing this morning's answer rate, a dental reception seeing two waiting during check-in crunch, a sales room with a friendly answered-calls leaderboard — any team whose phones matter benefits from seeing them. Ours run in a browser on any screen (the spare TV works), configured per team, fed live from your reporting. Pair with queues and the loop closes: callers held professionally, team seeing exactly who's holding.

Frequently asked questions

What hardware do we need?

Any screen with a browser — a smart TV or an old monitor with a £30 stick. No proprietary boxes.

Can different teams see different boards?

Yes — sales sees sales, support sees support, and a manager view sees everything. Each board is just a URL.

Does it work for small teams?

Honestly, yes — a three-person office with one screen showing missed calls today behaves differently by Friday. It's the visibility, not the size.
