Do I need a Microsoft 365 Business Voice licence?

No — with Direct Routing you only need a Microsoft Phone System add-on (or a qualifying Microsoft 365 licence that includes it). You don't need Microsoft's expensive Calling Plan. We provide the PSTN connectivity instead.

Can I keep our existing phone numbers in Teams?

Yes — we port all your existing DDI numbers, 0800 numbers and geographic numbers into your Teams environment. Your customers dial the same numbers and are answered inside Teams.

Do we still need desk phones?

Not necessarily. Most staff can use the Teams desktop app, mobile app or browser. For staff who prefer physical handsets, we can configure compatible IP phones to work alongside Teams.

How long does Teams Direct Routing setup take?
