Managed Starlink installation in the UK.
Procurement, professional installation, integration with your existing network, ongoing UK monitoring and 24/7 support. Telexico handles Starlink end-to-end so it's actually business-grade — not a DIY kit that nobody supports.
What we hear every week.
The frustrations behind why businesses search for managed starlink installation in the first place. If any of these feel familiar, the fix is straightforward.
DIY Starlink kits without business integration
Buying a Starlink kit online is easy. Making it actually work for a business — integration with your phones, your network, your failover, your QoS — is a different proposition.
Improperly installed antennas fail
Roof mounts without grounding, antennas with partial sky view, cable runs through inappropriate routes — DIY installs we've been called to replace within 6-12 months.
No support when something goes wrong
When the Starlink connection degrades, the consumer support route doesn't help with business operations. UK managed support matters.
Not integrated with the rest of the business infrastructure
Starlink running into a domestic router isn't a business network. Proper deployment includes managed router, VLAN segregation, QoS for VoIP, failover policy, monitoring.
Managed Starlink installation, done properly
Telexico's managed Starlink installation covers the full lifecycle: business-tier hardware procurement, site survey, professional install (mast/roof/ground mount with proper grounding and weatherproof cable runs), integration with a managed router that handles VLANs and VoIP QoS, optional 4G/5G failover configuration, 24/7 UK monitoring, and ongoing support. Single provider relationship, single bill, single support number. Not a kit you bought online — a business-grade managed deployment.
The Telexico approach to managed starlink installation.
Six things our customers consistently tell us matter.
End-to-end project management
We handle procurement, scheduling, install, integration, configuration and handover — single point of accountability.
Business-tier hardware
Starlink Business antenna and service plan — not the consumer kit.
Professional installation
Mast or roof mount with proper grounding, weatherproof cable runs, indoor placement designed for your operation.
Integration with your wider infrastructure
Managed router with VLANs, VoIP QoS, failover policy, guest WiFi separation — Starlink becomes part of your business network.
24/7 UK monitoring
We see degradation and respond — real UK engineers on SLA, not call-centre scripts.
One provider relationship
Bundle Starlink with VoIP, business WiFi, AI receptionist and CCTV — one Telexico bill, one support number.
Built around real UK business operations
DIY Starlink works for casual use; business operations need more. Our managed install is designed around real UK business needs — professional cabling that won't fail in the first year, proper grounding for safety and reliability, indoor router placement that fits the operation, VoIP-ready QoS, optional failover for resilience, ongoing monitoring so we know when something's wrong, and UK support with engineers who can be on-site when needed.
How it works for businesses like yours.
Three real-world setups we deliver across the UK.
Rural UK businesses needing primary connectivity
Country pubs, farms, rural offices — managed Starlink as primary with optional 4G failover.
Urban UK businesses needing diverse failover
Restaurants, retail, healthcare, professional services — Starlink as the diverse backup path to FTTP or leased line.
Temporary, project and pop-up sites
Construction site offices, temporary commercial, pop-up retail — managed Starlink with project-duration commercial terms.
Why UK businesses choose Telexico for managed Starlink
Wolverhampton-headquartered managed infrastructure provider — Starlink installation is a core Telexico specialty. We deploy Starlink Business regularly across UK addresses alongside FTTP, leased lines and 4G/5G when each fits. UK engineers, UK install, UK monitoring, UK support. Independent of Starlink itself — we recommend what fits the business, not what the marketing pushes.
What you actually get from Telexico.
Honest about scope. No aggressive sales tactics, no surprise renewal jumps, no tier-1 call-centre triage. Real UK engineers, transparent pricing, one provider relationship across the stack.
UK-based provider
Wolverhampton-headquartered. Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; UK-wide install via our partner network. Real UK engineer support, UK data residency, UK contractual relationship — not US-routed SaaS.
Real engineer support
When you call Telexico, you reach someone who can actually fix things. Response SLA backed by real engineering capacity rather than call-centre headcount. Named account manager for ongoing customers.
Free infrastructure review
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation audit of your current setup. Honest recommendation — sometimes that's "stay with your current provider after negotiation." We'd rather be honest than oversell.
Transparent pricing
What you sign for is what you pay — including renewal. No teaser pricing that jumps 30-100% at year two. No mid-contract CPI shock. Predictable multi-year cost from day one.
One provider, one platform
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI Receptionist, 4G/5G failover, CCTV consolidated onto one Telexico relationship. Single bill, single support number, single engineer when something needs attention.
Migration project-managed
Switching to Telexico isn't DIY. We handle contract audit, notice timing, ordering, parallel running, cutover, old-provider close-out. Customer-visible disruption typically measured in minutes.

Frequently asked questions
What does 'managed' mean specifically?
Procurement, professional install, network integration (managed router, VLANs, QoS), failover configuration if applicable, 24/7 UK monitoring, SLA-backed support response, ongoing service. End-to-end relationship rather than 'install and disappear'.
How is this different from a Starlink direct install?
Starlink direct sells you the kit; you handle install, integration and support. Telexico handles the whole lifecycle — and integrates Starlink into a business-grade network rather than running it on a domestic router.
What about the install — who actually mounts the antenna?
Telexico engineers, or our partner installers for some regions. Properly trained on mast/roof/ground mounts, weatherproof cabling, grounding requirements, and integration. Survey first, then a firm install plan.
How quickly can you deploy?
Typically 1-2 weeks from order — hardware procurement, site survey, install scheduled. Urgent deployments can be faster; complex installs (mast erection, listed building) take longer.
What about the monthly service plan?
Telexico procures and manages the Business-tier Starlink service plan as part of the managed install. Plus our managed connectivity and support service on top. Single monthly bill from Telexico covering both.
What if I already have a Starlink kit?
We can take it over as part of a managed install — survey, replace consumer router with managed kit, integrate with VoIP/WiFi/failover, add UK monitoring and support. Often easier to upgrade to Business tier hardware at the same time for the priority bandwidth.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes — Wolverhampton-headquartered with engineering coverage across the UK. Travel time on remote installs is factored in; for very remote rural deployments we coordinate logistics in advance.
Apply this to your business?
Reading the guide is one thing; applying it to your specific operation is another. Send us your current setup — we'll review what you have, what fits, and where to start. No hard sell, no fixed-package pressure.
