Does Assure X switch over automatically?
Yes. The router monitors your fixed line continuously and cuts over to 4G/5G the moment it fails, then returns to the fixed line when service is restored. No manual intervention is needed.
Which networks does the failover use?
We pair Assure X with multi-network SIMs that roam across EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three, connecting to the strongest signal at your site rather than a single network.
Will my card machines and phones keep working in an outage?
That is the point of the design: payments, VoIP calls and cloud apps continue over the mobile connection. We size the model — LTE6 or 5G — to the load your site needs to carry.
Do I need to manage the router?
No. Every Assure X we supply is remotely monitored and managed by Telexico's UK engineers, including firmware and configuration.
