Starlink business internet, managed and integrated.
Starlink Business installation is a core Telexico specialty — we deploy it across UK addresses as part of managed connectivity, integrating it with phones, WiFi and AI receptionist on a single-provider relationship. Primary, failover or rural-only — sized and supported around how your business actually operates.
What we hear every week.
The frustrations behind why businesses search for starlink business internet in the first place. If any of these feel familiar, the fix is straightforward.
Coverage gaps where FTTP doesn't reach
Plenty of UK business addresses still don't have viable full-fibre — rural sites, industrial estates on the wrong side of the cabinet, temporary locations. Standard business broadband is either unavailable or too slow.
Outages that stop the operation
When your primary line goes down for 4-12 hours, the business stops. Card payments fail. VoIP drops. Cloud apps stall. Starlink as a hot failover keeps everything moving.
Temporary sites needing day-one connectivity
Construction sites, pop-ups, event spaces, temporary offices — fibre installs take 60-90 days. Starlink is operational in hours.
DIY Starlink kits without business support
A consumer Starlink kit plugged into a domestic router doesn't integrate with your VoIP, your CCTV, your guest WiFi or your failover policy. Managed deployment is a different proposition.
How Telexico deploys Starlink for UK businesses
Telexico is independent of Starlink — we're a UK managed infrastructure provider that includes Starlink in our toolkit alongside Openreach FTTP, CityFibre, leased lines, 4G/5G failover and traditional broadband. For a given business address and operation, we honestly assess whether Starlink is the right fit (sometimes it is; sometimes FTTP is better and cheaper). When Starlink is the answer, we handle Business-tier procurement, professional mast or roof-mount installation, integration with your existing network and failover policy, VoIP traffic prioritisation, and 24/7 support. One provider for the connectivity plus the phones plus the WiFi plus the AI receptionist.
The Telexico approach to starlink business internet.
Six things our customers consistently tell us matter.
Business-tier Starlink procurement
We supply Starlink Business hardware and service plans (not consumer kits) — built for SLA-relevant operations, with priority bandwidth.
Professional installation
Mast or roof mount with proper grounding, weatherproof cabling, indoor router placement designed around your operation.
Integration with your wider network
Starlink feeds into a managed router/firewall that handles VLANs, QoS for VoIP, failover policy, guest WiFi separation — not just a kit plugged into a domestic router.
Active or passive failover policy
Configured to your needs — primary broadband with Starlink as standby, or load-balanced active-active, or Starlink as primary with 4G/5G as standby.
24/7 UK monitoring and support
We monitor the link; we respond when it degrades. Real engineers, not call-centre tier-1 scripts.
One provider, one bill
Bundle Starlink with VoIP, business WiFi, AI receptionist and CCTV — one Telexico relationship, one support number, finger-pointing eliminated.
When Starlink genuinely makes sense for a UK business
Starlink isn't always the right answer — we're honest about that. It's the right tool when FTTP isn't available at your address (rural, industrial fringe, new-build with no fibre yet), when you need disaster-recovery connectivity that doesn't share the same Openreach infrastructure as your primary line, when you need a temporary site live in days rather than weeks, or when your operation genuinely needs both terrestrial and satellite paths for resilience. We assess your specific case before recommending — including whether a different tool (FTTP, 4G/5G, leased line) would serve you better.
How it works for businesses like yours.
Three real-world setups we deliver across the UK.
Rural and hard-to-cover business addresses
Farms, country pubs, rural retreats, industrial estates outside FTTP coverage — Starlink delivers meaningful speeds where the ground network can't.
True failover for business continuity
Starlink as hot standby for FTTP or leased line — physically diverse from Openreach, so an Openreach outage doesn't take both paths down.
Temporary, pop-up and project sites
Construction site offices, festivals, pop-up retail, temporary commercial — operational in hours, removable when the project ends.
Why UK businesses choose Telexico for Starlink
We're a UK managed infrastructure provider — Wolverhampton-headquartered (Chapel Ash, WV3), with engineers covering the UK. Starlink installation is a core Telexico specialty alongside FTTP, leased lines and 4G/5G; we deploy it regularly across UK businesses where it's the right tool. We handle procurement, professional installation, integration with your network, ongoing monitoring and 24/7 support. We're honest about which tool fits which problem — one UK provider end-to-end, not a website that re-sells kits.
What you actually get from Telexico.

UK-based provider
Wolverhampton-headquartered. Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; UK-wide install via our partner network. Real UK engineer support, UK data residency, UK contractual relationship — not US-routed SaaS.
Real engineer support
When you call Telexico, you reach someone who can actually fix things. Response SLA backed by real engineering capacity rather than call-centre headcount. Named account manager for ongoing customers.
Free infrastructure review
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation audit of your current setup. Honest recommendation — sometimes that's "stay with your current provider after negotiation." We'd rather be honest than oversell.
Transparent pricing
What you sign for is what you pay — including renewal. No teaser pricing that jumps 30-100% at year two. No mid-contract CPI shock. Predictable multi-year cost from day one.
One provider, one platform
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI Receptionist, 4G/5G failover, CCTV consolidated onto one Telexico relationship. Single bill, single support number, single engineer when something needs attention.
Migration project-managed
Switching to Telexico isn't DIY. We handle contract audit, notice timing, ordering, parallel running, cutover, old-provider close-out. Customer-visible disruption typically measured in minutes.

Frequently asked questions
Is Telexico actually authorised to supply Starlink for business?
Starlink Business installation is a core Telexico specialty — we procure Starlink Business hardware and service through proper channels, install professionally, integrate it with the rest of your infrastructure, and provide ongoing UK support. Telexico is the implementation, integration and support partner; Starlink itself is the underlying network provider. Where direct Starlink relationships are useful (volume accounts, multi-site deployments), we handle those.
What's the difference between Starlink Business and the consumer kit?
Different hardware (more capable antenna), priority bandwidth (higher quality during peak load), higher data allowances, business-grade service terms. Consumer kit is cheaper but isn't appropriate for business-critical operations.
When should I use Starlink as primary versus failover?
Primary where FTTP isn't viable at your address, or where you specifically want to avoid relying on Openreach infrastructure. Failover where you have good primary connectivity but need a physically diverse second path for resilience. We assess on a per-site basis.
Does Starlink work for VoIP?
Yes — Starlink latency is now low enough for good-quality VoIP calls, and the upload speeds support multiple simultaneous calls. We configure QoS on the Telexico-managed router so voice traffic is prioritised. We've installed Starlink-as-VoIP-primary at multiple UK rural addresses.
How much does Starlink Business cost?
Hardware costs and monthly service plans vary by tier (priority bandwidth, data allowance, etc.). Indicative starting points: hardware £400-2,500 depending on antenna, monthly service £75-500+ depending on plan. Plus Telexico install, integration and managed support. We quote against your specific operational needs.
What about installation in tricky locations?
Mast mounts, roof mounts, ground-mounted dishes with cable runs — we handle all of it. Listed buildings and conservation areas need extra care; we work within the planning requirements. Survey first, then a firm install quote.
What's the SLA?
Starlink doesn't publish a traditional uptime SLA in the way Openreach does, but Business-tier service has priority bandwidth and meaningful service commitments. We layer our own UK monitoring and response SLA on top — we see degradation and respond before you notice.
Apply this to your business?
Reading the guide is one thing; applying it to your specific operation is another. Send us your current setup — we'll review what you have, what fits, and where to start. No hard sell, no fixed-package pressure.
