CityFibre connectivity solutions for UK business.
Full fibre broadband, business Ethernet, multi-site connectivity and managed services on CityFibre's network — deployed and supported by Telexico as a UK ISP. One bill, one support number, no carrier-direct hassle.
What we hear every week.
The frustrations behind why businesses search for cityfibre connectivity solutions in the first place. If any of these feel familiar, the fix is straightforward.
Wholesale-only network needs the right reseller
Like Openreach, CityFibre doesn't sell to end-businesses — you buy through a wholesale provider. The provider's quality of managed service matters.
Multi-site businesses with mixed network coverage
A UK business with sites in three towns — CityFibre at two, Openreach FTTP at the third, FTTC at the fourth. Needs designing around the mix.
SLA matters at the business tier
CityFibre's business Ethernet products come with SLA — uptime guarantees, fix-on-call times, service credits. The reseller handles SLA enforcement.
Modernisation pressure across the portfolio
Migrating away from legacy ISDN, FTTC, multi-provider mess to a coherent CityFibre + Telexico-managed setup is a project that needs proper planning.
CityFibre connectivity, managed end-to-end
Telexico deploys the CityFibre business connectivity portfolio: full fibre broadband (gigabit symmetric standard), CityFibre business Ethernet (leased line up to 10Gbps), multi-site connectivity linking CityFibre-covered sites together, and managed support across the lot. Where CityFibre isn't at a specific site, we fill in with Openreach FTTP, leased line, or Starlink — one Telexico managed service across the whole portfolio. UK ISP delivering managed service end-to-end: site survey, product selection, install coordination, ongoing 24/7 UK support.
The Telexico approach to cityfibre connectivity solutions.
Six things our customers consistently tell us matter.
Full CityFibre portfolio
Full fibre broadband, business Ethernet, multi-site point-to-point — we deploy across the range.
Multi-site design across mixed networks
CityFibre where it's available, Openreach where it isn't, Starlink for remote — one coherent Telexico-managed setup.
SLA enforcement
When CityFibre or Openreach miss SLA, we chase the credits — not your problem.
Managed install and project management
Telexico project manager from quote to live. Telexico engineer at every physical install.
Migration handled cleanly
From legacy ISDN, FTTC, multi-provider setups onto a coherent CityFibre + Telexico setup — number porting, scheduled cutover, zero disruption.
UK provider relationship
Wolverhampton-headquartered, UK engineers, UK support, named account manager.
Built for real UK multi-site operational reality
UK businesses rarely have all sites in one network's coverage. A typical multi-site SME has a head office in CityFibre coverage, a satellite in Openreach-only, a rural store in altnet-territory. The right answer is one Telexico managed service across the mix — CityFibre where it's the best option, Openreach elsewhere, Starlink at the rural site. Single bill, single support number, hosted VoIP linking everything together.
How it works for businesses like yours.
Three real-world setups we deliver across the UK.
Multi-site SMEs across CityFibre-built areas
Retail chains, multi-site professional firms — CityFibre where available with consistent specification across sites.
Regulated practices on CityFibre Ethernet
Healthcare, financial services, professional firms needing SLA — CityFibre business Ethernet leased line.
Mixed-network multi-site operations
Operations with sites across CityFibre, Openreach and altnet coverage — one Telexico managed service across the portfolio.
Why UK businesses choose Telexico for CityFibre managed connectivity
Wolverhampton-headquartered UK ISP — independent of any single wholesale network. We deploy CityFibre, Openreach and altnets and pick what fits each address. UK engineers, UK support, managed install. One Telexico relationship across the whole infrastructure stack.
What you actually get from Telexico.
Honest about scope. No aggressive sales tactics, no surprise renewal jumps, no tier-1 call-centre triage. Real UK engineers, transparent pricing, one provider relationship across the stack.
UK-based provider
Wolverhampton-headquartered. Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; UK-wide install via our partner network. Real UK engineer support, UK data residency, UK contractual relationship — not US-routed SaaS.
Real engineer support
When you call Telexico, you reach someone who can actually fix things. Response SLA backed by real engineering capacity rather than call-centre headcount. Named account manager for ongoing customers.
Free infrastructure review
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation audit of your current setup. Honest recommendation — sometimes that's "stay with your current provider after negotiation." We'd rather be honest than oversell.
Transparent pricing
What you sign for is what you pay — including renewal. No teaser pricing that jumps 30-100% at year two. No mid-contract CPI shock. Predictable multi-year cost from day one.
One provider, one platform
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI Receptionist, 4G/5G failover, CCTV consolidated onto one Telexico relationship. Single bill, single support number, single engineer when something needs attention.
Migration project-managed
Switching to Telexico isn't DIY. We handle contract audit, notice timing, ordering, parallel running, cutover, old-provider close-out. Customer-visible disruption typically measured in minutes.

Frequently asked questions
What CityFibre products does Telexico deploy?
Full business portfolio: CityFibre full fibre broadband (gigabit symmetric standard), business Ethernet leased line (10Mbps to 10Gbps), multi-site point-to-point links where available, and integration with the wider Telexico managed services (hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI receptionist).
Can you handle multi-site where some sites have CityFibre and some have Openreach?
Yes — that's a standard Telexico deployment pattern. We deploy CityFibre at sites where it's available, Openreach FTTP where it isn't, leased line where SLA matters, Starlink where neither terrestrial network is viable. One coherent managed service across the mix.
Does CityFibre offer leased line?
Yes — CityFibre Business Ethernet is their leased-line product, with SLA-backed uptime and speeds up to 10Gbps. We deploy alongside their full fibre broadband portfolio.
How long does CityFibre business Ethernet take to install?
Typically 60-120 working days, similar to Openreach Ethernet. Faster where CityFibre's existing fibre is close; slower where civils are needed. Survey early in the process confirms the timescale.
What about SLA enforcement?
When CityFibre misses SLA on your circuit, we chase the credits and pass them through. Not your problem to argue with the carrier. Same approach as we apply to Openreach Ethernet.
How is going through Telexico different from going direct to a CityFibre reseller?
Telexico is a managed infrastructure provider, not just a reseller. Telexico engineer attends installs, integrates with VoIP and WiFi, runs 24/7 monitoring, named account manager, SLA enforcement. The connectivity layer is the start of the relationship, not the whole of it.
Can you migrate from a CityFibre-direct setup to Telexico-managed?
Yes — we can take over an existing CityFibre install as part of a managed contract. Add managed router, VoIP integration, monitoring, support relationship. Often clean to do at contract renewal.
