Business full fibre installation, done properly.
From line check to live in days — Telexico handles full fibre installation end-to-end for UK businesses. Site survey, carrier coordination, professional cabling, managed router, integration with VoIP and WiFi. Done right the first time.
What we hear every week.
The frustrations behind why businesses search for business full fibre installation in the first place. If any of these feel familiar, the fix is straightforward.
Install dates that keep slipping
Carrier-direct installs often slip — engineer doesn't turn up, building access problems, civils complications. Managed delivery means somebody owns the timeline.
Engineers leaving the install half-finished
Cable run to the door, kit dropped on the desk, 'plug it in yourself'. We don't accept that — install includes configuration, integration and handover.
Civils and building access blockers
Listed buildings, conservation areas, multi-tenant landlord consents, ducts that need clearing — install gets stuck without somebody managing through the blockers.
Migration day downtime not planned
Going from ISDN/FTTC to FTTP without proper migration planning means hours of downtime. We schedule cutovers around your operation.
How a Telexico full fibre install actually runs
Day 1: line check at your specific address — Openreach FTTP, CityFibre, altnet feasibility. Day 2-3: site survey and design — cable route, router placement, integration with existing kit. Day 4-7: carrier coordination, install slot booked. Day 8-12: physical install (carrier engineer plus Telexico engineer attending), managed router commissioned, VoIP and WiFi integrated, QoS configured. Day 13-15: pilot phase, monitoring active, full handover. Typical timeline 10-15 working days where the building is FTTP-enabled; longer where the building needs the carrier to enable it first.
The Telexico approach to business full fibre installation.
Six things our customers consistently tell us matter.
Project-managed end-to-end
One Telexico project manager owns the install from line check to live — clear status updates throughout.
Telexico engineer on site
We attend the install alongside the carrier engineer — kit doesn't get dropped on the desk unfinished.
Cable route designed for the building
We survey before the install — cable runs designed around the building's layout, not whatever's quickest for the carrier.
Migration coordinated around your operation
VoIP cutover scheduled out-of-hours; number porting timed properly; broadband cease coordinated cleanly.
Integration with VoIP and WiFi included
Install ends with everything working together — fibre, managed router, VoIP, WiFi, optional failover.
Handover with documentation
Network diagram, kit list, access details, support contact — proper handover so you have what you need.
Built around real UK building stock
Every install is slightly different — converted Victorian offices have different cable routes than purpose-built modern commercial; multi-tenant buildings need landlord coordination; listed buildings need sensitive cable runs. We survey first, design around the actual building, and execute the install with somebody on-site who knows how to handle complications when they come up.
How it works for businesses like yours.
Three real-world setups we deliver across the UK.
Converted period buildings
Victorian/Edwardian offices, listed buildings — cable runs designed around conservation requirements.
Multi-tenant commercial buildings
Co-working spaces, shared offices, mixed-use blocks — landlord coordination handled as part of the install.
Industrial units and trade premises
Industrial estates, workshop conversions, trade counters — install designed for the operation, not the brochure.
Why UK businesses choose Telexico for full fibre install
We're a UK managed infrastructure provider — not a carrier reseller hoping the install just happens. Wolverhampton-headquartered, UK engineers, project-managed delivery, on-site attendance, proper handover. The install ends with everything actually working, not with you debugging it next week.
What you actually get from Telexico.
Honest about scope. No aggressive sales tactics, no surprise renewal jumps, no tier-1 call-centre triage. Real UK engineers, transparent pricing, one provider relationship across the stack.
UK-based provider
Wolverhampton-headquartered. Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; UK-wide install via our partner network. Real UK engineer support, UK data residency, UK contractual relationship — not US-routed SaaS.
Real engineer support
When you call Telexico, you reach someone who can actually fix things. Response SLA backed by real engineering capacity rather than call-centre headcount. Named account manager for ongoing customers.
Free infrastructure review
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation audit of your current setup. Honest recommendation — sometimes that's "stay with your current provider after negotiation." We'd rather be honest than oversell.
Transparent pricing
What you sign for is what you pay — including renewal. No teaser pricing that jumps 30-100% at year two. No mid-contract CPI shock. Predictable multi-year cost from day one.
One provider, one platform
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI Receptionist, 4G/5G failover, CCTV consolidated onto one Telexico relationship. Single bill, single support number, single engineer when something needs attention.
Migration project-managed
Switching to Telexico isn't DIY. We handle contract audit, notice timing, ordering, parallel running, cutover, old-provider close-out. Customer-visible disruption typically measured in minutes.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical install take?
10-15 working days where the building is already FTTP-enabled. 4-8 weeks where the carrier needs to enable the building. Civils-heavy installs (new cable runs to remote rural sites, complex listed buildings) can take longer. Survey first confirms the realistic timeline.
What happens on install day?
Carrier engineer installs the physical fibre and terminates it. Telexico engineer attends, commissions the managed router, configures VoIP QoS and VLANs, integrates WiFi, configures failover if applicable, runs test calls and traffic, and hands over with documentation.
Will my existing phones keep working during the install?
Yes — we run them in parallel until the cutover. Number porting is scheduled separately from broadband cutover so phones don't go down during the install.
What if there are civils complications at my building?
We handle them. Listed building consent, landlord access, duct clearance, mast permissions — all part of the managed delivery. Adds time, but doesn't block the install.
Can I get FTTP installed at a converted period building?
Yes — we've done it many times. Cable runs designed around conservation requirements, sensitive placement, often discreet routes. Listed buildings need a bit more care but are workable.
Does the install include all the kit and cable?
Yes — managed router, indoor cabling, mounting kit, configuration. Bigger installs may need internal CAT6 runs to additional locations; we quote any building cabling work separately from the fibre install.
What's the support relationship after install?
Named Telexico account manager, 24/7 monitoring, SLA-backed response (typically 4 hour for standard, faster for premium), UK engineers for on-site break-fix when needed. Real ongoing relationship, not install-and-disappear.
