Business network infrastructure, end-to-end.
Broadband, hosted phones, business WiFi, structured cabling, switches, firewalls, CCTV — the full stack of UK business network infrastructure designed and managed by Telexico. One provider, one bill, one support number for the entire network.
What we hear every week.
The frustrations behind why businesses search for business network infrastructure in the first place. If any of these feel familiar, the fix is straightforward.
Five different providers for the network stack
Broadband from one company, phones from another, WiFi installed by a third, cabling by a fourth, CCTV by a fifth — when something doesn't work, everyone blames everyone else.
Components designed in isolation
Hosted VoIP on broadband that doesn't have QoS configured for it; business WiFi on a router that isn't sized for the user count; CCTV bandwidth eating into office traffic — components that don't talk to each other.
No central visibility or monitoring
Without a single managed provider, nobody has visibility into the whole network. Issues fester until they become outages.
Total cost higher than it needs to be
Buying components separately is usually more expensive than bundling — and the operational cost of multi-provider mess adds further hidden cost.
Full-stack business network, designed together
Telexico designs business network infrastructure as one system, not bolted-together components. **Broadband:** sized and connected per site (Openreach FTTP, CityFibre, leased line, Starlink — whatever fits). **Managed router and firewall:** properly sized for the operation, configured with QoS for VoIP, VLAN segregation, security policies. **Switches:** appropriate for the user count, PoE for APs and IP phones, managed centrally. **Structured cabling:** CAT6 to every workstation and AP location, properly terminated, documented. **Business WiFi:** designed coverage with proper APs, controller-managed, VLAN-segregated. **Hosted phones:** integrated with broadband QoS, mobile and desktop apps, integration with CRM and AI receptionist. **CCTV (via Telexico Security):** Hikvision systems integrated with the network, NVR, remote access. **Optional failover:** 4G/5G or Starlink for resilience. **Central monitoring and 24/7 UK support across the whole network.** One provider, one bill, one support number.
The Telexico approach to business network infrastructure.
Six things our customers consistently tell us matter.
Designed as one system
Components selected, sized and configured to work together — broadband for the phones, switches for the APs, cabling for the workstations.
Central monitoring and visibility
Telexico monitors every component — broadband, router, switches, APs, phones, CCTV — from one place. Issues caught before they become outages.
Single support relationship
One phone number for any network issue — broadband, phones, WiFi, cabling, CCTV. No finger-pointing.
Bundle pricing
Bundling the network stack with Telexico is meaningfully cheaper than buying components from separate providers.
Network documentation
Diagrams, IP addressing, kit list, access credentials, support contacts — proper documentation maintained as the network evolves.
UK provider end-to-end
Wolverhampton-headquartered, UK engineers across the stack, UK support relationship.
Built around UK business operational reality
We've deployed full-stack network infrastructure for UK businesses across offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, multi-site. The pattern adapts to operation — a small office needs broadband, hosted phones, WiFi, and a managed router; a hospitality venue adds guest WiFi, EPOS network, music streaming separation; a manufacturer adds production network, CCTV, IoT segregation. We design around what the business actually does.
How it works for businesses like yours.
Three real-world setups we deliver across the UK.
Small-to-medium offices
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, structured cabling — managed end-to-end, one provider relationship.
Retail and hospitality
Broadband, EPOS network, guest WiFi, hosted VoIP, CCTV — designed together, integrated properly, segregated where needed.
Manufacturing and industrial
Production network, office network, CCTV, IoT for shop-floor systems — VLAN-segregated, properly cabled, monitored.
Why UK businesses choose Telexico for network infrastructure
Telexico designs and manages business network infrastructure for UK SMEs end-to-end — broadband, phones, WiFi, cabling, switches, firewalls, CCTV. Wolverhampton-headquartered. UK engineers, UK support, one provider relationship for the whole network. Bundle includes Telexico Security for Hikvision CCTV.
What you actually get from Telexico.
Honest about scope. No aggressive sales tactics, no surprise renewal jumps, no tier-1 call-centre triage. Real UK engineers, transparent pricing, one provider relationship across the stack.
UK-based provider
Wolverhampton-headquartered. Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; UK-wide install via our partner network. Real UK engineer support, UK data residency, UK contractual relationship — not US-routed SaaS.
Real engineer support
When you call Telexico, you reach someone who can actually fix things. Response SLA backed by real engineering capacity rather than call-centre headcount. Named account manager for ongoing customers.
Free infrastructure review
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation audit of your current setup. Honest recommendation — sometimes that's "stay with your current provider after negotiation." We'd rather be honest than oversell.
Transparent pricing
What you sign for is what you pay — including renewal. No teaser pricing that jumps 30-100% at year two. No mid-contract CPI shock. Predictable multi-year cost from day one.
One provider, one platform
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI Receptionist, 4G/5G failover, CCTV consolidated onto one Telexico relationship. Single bill, single support number, single engineer when something needs attention.
Migration project-managed
Switching to Telexico isn't DIY. We handle contract audit, notice timing, ordering, parallel running, cutover, old-provider close-out. Customer-visible disruption typically measured in minutes.

Frequently asked questions
What does 'full-stack network infrastructure' actually include?
Broadband (FTTP/CityFibre/leased line/Starlink), managed router and firewall, switches for office/site cabling, structured cabling to workstations and AP locations, business WiFi (APs and controller), hosted VoIP and handsets, optional CCTV via Telexico Security, optional failover (4G/5G/Starlink), monitoring and central management. Configured to work together.
Do I have to take everything together?
No — we deploy components selectively where it makes sense. Some customers start with broadband and phones, add WiFi later, add CCTV later. Bundled is more cost-effective; phased works fine if budget or contract timing requires it.
How does this differ from a separate IT contractor doing the work?
An IT contractor typically installs, then either you manage ongoing or pay them on incidents. Telexico provides managed-service ongoing — monitoring, support, updates, periodic reviews — for a predictable monthly cost. Different commercial model; different operational outcome.
What about cybersecurity?
Managed firewall as standard with the network stack — current threat profiles, automated updates, monitoring. Higher-tier security (SIEM, advanced threat protection, dedicated security team) available for operations needing it but standard SME setup doesn't usually require enterprise-grade.
Can you take over an existing network?
Yes — we can audit existing infrastructure, identify gaps and weaknesses, propose phased upgrades. Sometimes the existing kit is fine and just needs proper management; sometimes a refresh is needed. Honest assessment first, then a proposal.
What about for multi-site businesses?
Same approach across all sites. Per-site broadband and components, central monitoring and management, consolidated bill, single account manager. Per-site customisation possible (different operations need different specifications).
How much does full-stack network infrastructure cost?
Highly variable. Indicative small office: £200-500/month all-in (broadband, phones, WiFi, AI receptionist) plus install project fee. Larger SMEs: £500-2,000+/month. Multi-site or industrial: scales accordingly. Real quotes against your specific scope. Bundle pricing meaningful vs separate provider costs.
