Frequently asked questions
Can I buy ITS broadband direct?
ITS is a wholesale network, so businesses buy through a provider. Telexico supplies and supports it for you.
Is ITS available at my address?
It depends on where ITS has built — we’ll check availability for you.
What if ITS isn’t available?
We deliver over Openreach and CityFibre too, and advise on the best option.
