The analogue/ISDN network is being retired by 2027, with many services withdrawn before then. The safe approach is to move well ahead of the deadline.
What happens if I don't switch?
Once your lines are switched off, anything relying on them — including your phone system and possibly alarms or card machines — stops working. Moving to a digital system avoids that.
How do I know if my business is affected?
