Are you saying BT is bad?
We're saying BT is large and serves a different market. We're a small-team specialist serving UK SMBs. Different goal, different result. For some buyers, the larger provider is the right fit. For UK SMBs, we usually offer better value.
Can I really improve on BT?

What if I'm still in contract with BT?
