Our office is at 64 Chapel Ash, Wolverhampton WV3 0TT. We're a UK-registered limited company (Co. 15348464). Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; install nationwide via our partner network. We're a UK business, supporting UK businesses, with UK data residency and UK support.

What size of business do you typically work with?

Our typical customer is a UK SME running 5-50 staff across one or several sites — independent restaurants, dental practices, garages, salons, offices, retail, healthcare, warehouses, multi-site retail. We're built around how that size of business actually operates, not how FTSE-100 procurement teams expect telecoms to be sold.

What services does Telexico provide?

Business broadband, cloud VoIP phone systems, AI Receptionist, business WiFi, 4G/5G failover, Hikvision CCTV and SMS marketing. Designed to work together as one platform rather than as separate components from different providers.

Do you do enterprise telecoms?

Honest answer: not really. We do excellent SME and mid-market work — typically up to a few hundred users across a few sites. For genuine enterprise scale (1,000+ users, complex compliance regimes, dedicated procurement teams), specialist enterprise carriers usually fit better. We'd rather be honest than oversell.

How long has Telexico been operating?

Telexico Communications Ltd was incorporated in 2023 (Co. 15348464). The team behind it has been in UK business telecoms longer. We're a newer name with proper UK engineering depth — small enough to care about every customer, established enough to deliver SLA-backed service.

What's the contract structure?

Standard UK business telecoms contracts — 12-36 month minimum terms depending on service mix, transparent notice periods, predictable renewal pricing. We don't use aggressive teaser pricing that resets at renewal. What you sign for is what you pay, including renewal.
