Managed business infrastructure from one UK provider.
Broadband, phones, AI receptionist, WiFi, CCTV, failover — all designed, installed, monitored and supported by one UK team. One bill, one support number, one relationship.
What we hear every week.
The frustrations behind why businesses search for managed business infrastructure in the first place. If any of these feel familiar, the fix is straightforward.
Multiple vendors, multiple finger-points
Phones break — VoIP vendor blames broadband. Broadband blames phones. WiFi blames both. Resolution stuck while vendors argue.
Multiple contracts, multiple end dates
Broadband three years, phones four, mobile two, CCTV five — renewal admin is a permanent overhead. Consolidation simplifies operations.
Multiple support pathways
Different number for each thing, different account, different SLA, different person to explain the problem to. Cumulative friction.
Multiple bills, no consolidated view
Five vendors, five bills, no consolidated view of total infrastructure spend. Hard to budget, hard to plan, hard to negotiate.
One provider, the full stack, properly managed
Telexico delivers business broadband, VoIP phones, AI receptionist, business WiFi, CCTV and 4G/5G failover as one managed service. One design phase covers the whole stack — broadband sized for the voice and WiFi demands, QoS configured end-to-end, failover engineered around the SLA needs, CCTV bandwidth accounted for. One install. One ongoing managed service with proactive monitoring across the lot. One bill, one SLA, one named account manager. One UK provider accountable for the whole infrastructure rather than five vendors pointing at each other.
The Telexico approach to managed business infrastructure.
Six things our customers consistently tell us matter.
Full stack design
One design covers broadband, voice, WiFi, CCTV and failover — properly sized, properly integrated, properly QoS-tuned.
One support number
One number to call regardless of which part of the infrastructure has the issue — no vendor handoffs.
One consolidated bill
Monthly invoice covering the full infrastructure — predictable, plannable, simpler accounting.
24/7 proactive monitoring
We watch the full stack — line health, voice quality, WiFi performance, CCTV uptime — and act before issues become outages.
Unified SLA
One SLA covering the managed service — clear expectations, real credits if we miss them.
Named UK account manager
One person who knows the whole estate — your sites, your services, your renewal dates, your common issues.
Built around operational reality, not vendor convenience
Multi-vendor infrastructure makes sense from each individual vendor's perspective — best-of-breed at each layer. From the customer's perspective it's friction at every interface: integration, support handoffs, contract management, billing complexity. Managed infrastructure swaps that for simplicity — one relationship, one accountability boundary, one set of operational metrics.
How it works for businesses like yours.
Three real-world setups we deliver across the UK.
UK SMEs simplifying their stack
Five vendors today, want to be on one. Telexico delivers the whole stack with a clean consolidation programme.
Multi-site businesses needing consistency
Different setups at each site — replaced with consistent managed infrastructure across the estate.
Growing businesses needing scalable infrastructure
Hiring, adding sites, modernising — managed infrastructure scales without per-vendor coordination overhead.
Why UK businesses pick Telexico managed infrastructure
Most managed-service providers are software-led or consultancy-led. Telexico is built around owning the actual infrastructure — we provision the broadband, we run the voice platform, we install the WiFi, we monitor the lot. The full ownership is what makes the managed service actually deliver, rather than being a coordination wrapper around third-party vendors.
What you actually get from Telexico.
Honest about scope. No aggressive sales tactics, no surprise renewal jumps, no tier-1 call-centre triage. Real UK engineers, transparent pricing, one provider relationship across the stack.
UK-based provider
Wolverhampton-headquartered. Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; UK-wide install via our partner network. Real UK engineer support, UK data residency, UK contractual relationship — not US-routed SaaS.
Real engineer support
When you call Telexico, you reach someone who can actually fix things. Response SLA backed by real engineering capacity rather than call-centre headcount. Named account manager for ongoing customers.
Free infrastructure review
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation audit of your current setup. Honest recommendation — sometimes that's "stay with your current provider after negotiation." We'd rather be honest than oversell.
Transparent pricing
What you sign for is what you pay — including renewal. No teaser pricing that jumps 30-100% at year two. No mid-contract CPI shock. Predictable multi-year cost from day one.
One provider, one platform
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI Receptionist, 4G/5G failover, CCTV consolidated onto one Telexico relationship. Single bill, single support number, single engineer when something needs attention.
Migration project-managed
Switching to Telexico isn't DIY. We handle contract audit, notice timing, ordering, parallel running, cutover, old-provider close-out. Customer-visible disruption typically measured in minutes.

Frequently asked questions
What's included in managed infrastructure?
Typically: business broadband (FTTC, FTTP, leased line or combination), VoIP phone system, business WiFi with site survey and ongoing management, optional AI receptionist, optional 4G/5G failover, optional CCTV. Tailored to your business — not every customer takes every component.
How does the consolidation actually work?
Discovery phase audits your current vendors and contracts. Design phase covers the whole stack. Implementation phase migrates each component (number porting, broadband cutover, WiFi install, CCTV install) on a coordinated timeline. Cutover preserves business continuity throughout.
What about existing contract end dates?
We map them and plan migration accordingly. Sometimes mid-contract switch makes sense; sometimes waiting for renewal is cheaper. We do the maths honestly during discovery and give you the options.
Do I lose anything bundling everything onto Telexico?
Possible feature gaps with very specialised vendors (e.g., enterprise contact centre, specialist CCTV analytics). We're upfront about anywhere we're not the deepest specialist and might recommend keeping that one component with a specialist if it matters to you.
How is the support different from multi-vendor?
One number, one SLA, one accountability boundary. Issues spanning multiple layers (e.g., 'phones sound bad' which could be broadband, QoS, or phone platform) get diagnosed end-to-end rather than passed between vendors.
Does it scale to multi-site?
Yes — that's a primary use case. Consistent managed infrastructure across all sites, central management dashboards, unified reporting, single SLA covering the estate.
What does the monthly bill look like?
Single monthly invoice itemising each service component. Predictable monthly spend, easy to budget. Variable items (call charges, additional users) clearly broken out. No surprises.
