One provider for everything your business runs on.
Broadband, phones, AI receptionist, WiFi, CCTV, failover — designed together, billed together, supported by one UK team. Operational simplicity that adds up to real time and money saved every month.
What we hear every week.
The frustrations behind why businesses search for one-provider business solutions in the first place. If any of these feel familiar, the fix is straightforward.
Each vendor optimising for themselves
Five vendors each optimising their own slice; nobody optimising the whole. Integration is your problem; orchestration is your overhead.
Finger-pointing across vendors
Multi-vendor issues take longer to resolve because nobody owns the boundary. 'Not our problem' becomes everyone's answer.
Procurement and admin overhead
Five renewal cycles, five contract negotiations, five sets of compliance paperwork. Adds up to significant admin time annually.
Five support numbers, five accounts
Who do I call about this? Different teams for different things, none of whom can see across the boundary.
One UK provider, full operational ownership
Telexico owns the full stack: business broadband, VoIP, AI receptionist, business WiFi, CCTV, 4G/5G failover, and the support around it. When something needs fixing, one number gets you the right engineer regardless of which layer the problem is on. Design is end-to-end (broadband sized for VoIP, WiFi designed around expected device count, CCTV traffic accounted for). Procurement is one contract. Support is one relationship. The simplification is operational, financial and time-related — and it adds up to real value over a multi-year horizon.
The Telexico approach to one-provider business solutions.
Six things our customers consistently tell us matter.
Full-stack design
One design that accounts for every layer — broadband, voice, WiFi, CCTV, failover all sized and tuned together.
One support number
One number to call; UK-based engineers with visibility across the whole stack; no handoffs.
One bill, one contract
Single monthly invoice; single contract with consistent terms; clear total-cost view.
One named account manager
One UK contact who knows your whole estate — not five vendor reps to coordinate.
One SLA
One service level agreement covering the full managed service — clear expectations.
Unified reporting
One dashboard across the infrastructure — call analytics, broadband performance, WiFi utilisation, CCTV uptime — visible together.
Built for businesses that want simplicity, not vendor management
Vendor management is overhead. For most UK SMEs the time spent coordinating between five telecoms vendors significantly exceeds the time spent doing actual business with them. One-provider business solutions remove that overhead — letting you spend the time on the business instead of on the infrastructure.
How it works for businesses like yours.
Three real-world setups we deliver across the UK.
UK SMEs with fragmented vendor lists
Five vendors today, frustrated with the coordination overhead, looking to consolidate onto one provider for the whole stack.
Multi-site businesses needing consistency
Different vendors at different sites — head office on one provider, branches on others. Consolidation provides consistent infrastructure across the estate.
Growing businesses with infrastructure expanding
Adding sites, hiring, modernising — one-provider infrastructure scales without per-vendor coordination at each step.
Why UK businesses pick Telexico for one-provider
We're built for this specifically. Telexico owns broadband, voice, AI, WiFi, CCTV and failover capabilities directly — not as a reseller across multiple wholesale relationships. Full ownership is what makes one-provider deliver in practice rather than being a multi-vendor coordination layer with marketing on top.
What you actually get from Telexico.
Honest about scope. No aggressive sales tactics, no surprise renewal jumps, no tier-1 call-centre triage. Real UK engineers, transparent pricing, one provider relationship across the stack.
UK-based provider
Wolverhampton-headquartered. Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; UK-wide install via our partner network. Real UK engineer support, UK data residency, UK contractual relationship — not US-routed SaaS.
Real engineer support
When you call Telexico, you reach someone who can actually fix things. Response SLA backed by real engineering capacity rather than call-centre headcount. Named account manager for ongoing customers.
Free infrastructure review
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation audit of your current setup. Honest recommendation — sometimes that's "stay with your current provider after negotiation." We'd rather be honest than oversell.
Transparent pricing
What you sign for is what you pay — including renewal. No teaser pricing that jumps 30-100% at year two. No mid-contract CPI shock. Predictable multi-year cost from day one.
One provider, one platform
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI Receptionist, 4G/5G failover, CCTV consolidated onto one Telexico relationship. Single bill, single support number, single engineer when something needs attention.
Migration project-managed
Switching to Telexico isn't DIY. We handle contract audit, notice timing, ordering, parallel running, cutover, old-provider close-out. Customer-visible disruption typically measured in minutes.

Frequently asked questions
What's typically included in one-provider business solutions?
Business broadband, VoIP phone system, business WiFi, AI receptionist, CCTV, 4G/5G failover, plus the managed service wrapper (monitoring, support, account management). Tailored to each business — most customers don't take every component.
Do I have to take everything at once?
No — most customers consolidate in phases. Often broadband and phones first, then WiFi at next office refresh, then AI receptionist when ROI case is made, then CCTV at next security review. We design with the full stack in mind even if you implement incrementally.
How does the procurement work?
Single master services agreement covering the relationship; individual schedules for each service line; one consolidated invoice monthly. Procurement and finance teams find it significantly simpler than multi-vendor.
What if I'm mid-contract with some of my current vendors?
We map contracts, work out which can be cleanly exited and which are better waiting for renewal. Sometimes worth absorbing early-exit on some to consolidate sooner; sometimes phased migration over 12-18 months as contracts roll. We do the maths honestly.
Do I get a single named contact for everything?
Yes — one named UK account manager who knows the whole estate. They co-ordinate within Telexico across specialist engineering teams; you don't have to coordinate between separate provider account managers.
What about specialist needs that one provider can't cover?
We're honest about where we're not the deepest specialist. Enterprise contact centre, specialist CCTV analytics, specific industry compliance — there are areas where pairing Telexico with a specialist for that one thing makes sense. We'll say so.
How is pricing structured?
Per-service pricing with bundled discounts for combined services. Total cost is typically lower than the sum of individual best-of-breed vendors, with the much bigger saving being in coordination time and operational simplicity.
