Yes — typical approach. We map your current contract end dates and migrate sites in priority order over 12-24 months. How do you link multiple sites' phones together?

Do I need SD-WAN?
Probably not unless you're large multi-site. SD-WAN makes sense for 10+ site enterprises with significant inter-site traffic and load-balancing requirements. For most 3-15 site SMEs, hosted VoIP plus per-site internet plus site-to-site VPN where needed is simpler and cheaper.
What about consistency of bandwidth across sites?

Can you cover sites where there's no good fibre?
