Business broadband for multiple UK sites.
Connecting multiple UK business locations with consistent connectivity, hosted VoIP linking sites together, and one managed provider relationship across the portfolio. Telexico designs and deploys multi-site connectivity that actually scales.
What we hear every week.
The frustrations behind why businesses search for business broadband for multiple sites in the first place. If any of these feel familiar, the fix is straightforward.
Different carriers at different sites = different problems
Site A on BT, site B on Virgin, site C on a local altnet — different SLAs, different support routes, different billing. Multi-provider mess is the default if nobody designs it.
Phones not linked across sites
When the receptionist at site A can't transfer a call to the office at site B without dialling externally, the operation feels disjointed to customers.
Bandwidth sized wrongly per site
Identical packages at every site over-provision the small ones and under-provision the busy ones. Right-sizing matters.
Resilience priorities differ by site
Head office might need leased line plus Starlink failover; a satellite store might need FTTP plus 4G. One-size doesn't work.
Multi-site connectivity, designed around the portfolio
Telexico designs multi-site connectivity around the actual operations. For each site: address-level check (Openreach FTTP, CityFibre, altnet, Starlink — what's available, what's the right answer for the workload at that site), tier sizing for the local operation, resilience matched to the site's downtime cost. Across the portfolio: hosted VoIP linking sites together (internal extension dialling, hunt groups across locations, unified directory), site-to-site VPN where data sharing matters, optional SD-WAN for larger estates, consolidated billing and support relationship. One Telexico provider across all sites — single point of contact when something needs attention at any location.
The Telexico approach to business broadband for multiple sites.
Six things our customers consistently tell us matter.
Per-site assessment
Each site checked for available carriers and sized to that site's operation — not one-size packages applied everywhere.
Hosted VoIP linking all sites
Internal extension dialling across sites, unified hunt groups, transfers between locations, shared directory — phones feel like one organisation.
Resilience per site
Head office on leased line plus Starlink failover; satellites on FTTP plus 4G; rural sites on Starlink primary — designed per location.
Site-to-site VPN or SD-WAN
Secure inter-site data sharing where the operation needs it — file servers, hosted databases, shared resources.
One consolidated bill
All sites' broadband, phones, WiFi on one Telexico bill — easier to budget, easier to track.
One support number across the estate
Whichever site has an issue, one phone number reaches Telexico support — UK engineers, named account manager, full visibility across your portfolio.
Built for UK multi-site operational reality
Most UK multi-site businesses have grown organically — sites added one at a time, each with whichever carrier was easiest. The result is a patchwork. Migrating to one Telexico provider relationship doesn't have to happen all at once — we typically move sites as their existing contracts end, building toward a consolidated portfolio over 12-24 months. End state: consistent specification, one managed service, materially less operational friction.
How it works for businesses like yours.
Three real-world setups we deliver across the UK.
Retail chains with 3-30 sites
EPOS uptime, card payments, guest WiFi, hosted VoIP linking all stores to head office — consistent across the chain.
Hospitality groups
Restaurants, pubs, hotel groups — bookings, payments, guest WiFi at each site, head-office reporting across the portfolio.
Professional services with regional offices
Solicitors, accountants, consultancies — hosted VoIP across offices, secure inter-site data, consistent infrastructure.

Honest about scope. No aggressive sales tactics, no surprise renewal jumps, no tier-1 call-centre triage. Real UK engineers, transparent pricing, one provider relationship across the stack.
UK-based provider
Wolverhampton-headquartered. Engineers cover the West Midlands daily; UK-wide install via our partner network. Real UK engineer support, UK data residency, UK contractual relationship — not US-routed SaaS.
Real engineer support
When you call Telexico, you reach someone who can actually fix things. Response SLA backed by real engineering capacity rather than call-centre headcount. Named account manager for ongoing customers.
Free infrastructure review
Every engagement starts with a no-obligation audit of your current setup. Honest recommendation — sometimes that's "stay with your current provider after negotiation." We'd rather be honest than oversell.
Transparent pricing
What you sign for is what you pay — including renewal. No teaser pricing that jumps 30-100% at year two. No mid-contract CPI shock. Predictable multi-year cost from day one.
One provider, one platform
Broadband, hosted VoIP, business WiFi, AI Receptionist, 4G/5G failover, CCTV consolidated onto one Telexico relationship. Single bill, single support number, single engineer when something needs attention.
Migration project-managed
Switching to Telexico isn't DIY. We handle contract audit, notice timing, ordering, parallel running, cutover, old-provider close-out. Customer-visible disruption typically measured in minutes.

Frequently asked questions
Can I migrate sites to Telexico gradually as existing contracts end?
Yes — typical approach. We map your current contract end dates and migrate sites in priority order over 12-24 months. New site builds and acquisitions go straight onto Telexico; existing sites migrate when their incumbents' contracts end. Builds toward consolidation without breaking existing commercials.
How do you link multiple sites' phones together?
Hosted VoIP on the Telexico platform — single tenant covering all sites, internal extension dialling between locations (no external call charges), unified hunt groups, transfers between sites, shared company directory. The phones feel like one organisation across the estate.
Do I need SD-WAN?
Probably not unless you're large multi-site. SD-WAN makes sense for 10+ site enterprises with significant inter-site traffic and load-balancing requirements. For most 3-15 site SMEs, hosted VoIP plus per-site internet plus site-to-site VPN where needed is simpler and cheaper.
What about consistency of bandwidth across sites?
We size per site. Head office on 1Gbps; busy retail stores on 500Mbps; satellite offices on 300Mbps — sized to local operation, not standardised arbitrarily. Specification consistency (managed router model, monitoring, support) across sites; bandwidth sized appropriately.
Can you cover sites where there's no good fibre?
Yes — Starlink, 4G/5G primary, or altnet where available. Mixed-network portfolio is standard: CityFibre at sites where they've built, Openreach FTTP at sites that have it, Starlink at sites where fibre isn't viable. One Telexico managed service across the mix.
How does support work across multiple sites?
One Telexico account manager owns the portfolio. One support number reaches us regardless of which site has an issue. We have visibility across every site so when something's degrading we know quickly, even if the site team hasn't reported it.
Can I add new sites quickly?
Yes — once you're a Telexico portfolio customer, new sites onboard much faster than the first one. Same specification template, established commercial framework, faster install scheduling. Useful for acquisitive operations or scaling retail/hospitality.
