Business broadband built for work, not just browsing.
Full fibre, leased lines and 4G/5G failover. Real SLAs. Real UK support. Real upload speeds.
Business Broadband pain points we hear every week.
If any of these feel familiar, it's not a tech problem — it's a provider problem.
"Our broadband drops twice a day."
Card machines down. Calls disconnect. Cloud apps freeze mid-action. Residential-grade lines pretending to be business.
"We share our connection with the flats above."
Peak hours? Forget it. Streaming next door takes priority over your business taking payments.
"Our upload speed cripples our cloud apps."
10 Mbps up isn't enough for VoIP, video calls, and cloud backups all at once. You bought a domestic package by mistake.
"The current provider blames our equipment."
Every fault ticket starts with 'have you tried turning it off and on again.' Two-hour calls. No resolution.
"We have no backup when the line cuts."
One fibre cut last month. Three hours offline. Lost an estimated £800 in trade. No failover, no SLA, no recourse.
"We are tied to a residential contract."
No SLAs. No business-grade support. CGNAT breaking your VPN. Time to grow up onto proper business broadband.
Business Broadband done properly.
What you get when Telexico builds it.
Full fibre to your premises
FTTP delivers symmetrical speeds up to 1 Gbps — no contention with neighbours, no copper bottleneck.
Leased lines for serious throughput
Dedicated, uncontended bandwidth with SLAs measured in minutes, not days. For businesses where uptime is non-negotiable.
4G/5G failover included
Automatic switchover keeps you online when the fibre cuts. Card machines and VoIP stay live until the line restores.
Static IPs and business SLAs
No CGNAT. Proper static IPs for VPNs and remote access. SLAs that mean we pay if we miss them.
Speed test we actually meet
We quote you the speed we'll deliver. We don't pretend 1 Gbps if your line will only give 200. Honest pre-survey, honest install.
UK support that knows fibre
Real engineers who understand business broadband. Not a Mumbai call centre reading from a residential script.
Built for businesses that need reliability, speed and control.
FTTP — fibre all the way to your door.
Full fibre (FTTP) is the gold standard for UK business broadband in 2026. Pure fibre directly into your premises — no copper bottleneck, no contention with neighbours, symmetrical upload speeds matching download. We design every package around the right delivery technology for your postcode and operational requirements.
Ethernet leased lines — your private internet circuit.
When your business outgrows shared fibre — when you have 30+ staff, run hosted PBX, host servers on-premises, or simply cannot afford an outage — a dedicated leased line is the right move. Symmetric, uncontended, single-tenant, SLA-backed.
Symmetric 100Mbps – 10Gbps
Equal upload and download. Single-tenant infrastructure — your bandwidth is yours alone, not shared with other businesses or households on the same exchange.
99.99% uptime SLA
Service-level agreement backed by financial penalties to the carrier if missed. Typical leased line delivers 99.99%+ availability — measured in minutes of downtime per year, not days.
4-hour engineer SLA
If a leased line fault occurs, a carrier engineer is on-site within 4 working hours. Compare to standard FTTP fault fix of 1-3 working days.
Multi-site MPLS networks
For businesses with multiple offices, leased lines connect into a private MPLS network — every site sees every other site as if on the same LAN. Voice, video and data all prioritised.
Ethernet over fibre (EoFTTC) entry point
Cost-effective leased-line product for smaller offices needing SLAs without full Ethernet pricing. 20Mbps - 80Mbps symmetric with proper business support.
Wavelength / Dark Fibre options
For data-intensive operations (broadcast, finance, healthcare imaging) we can specify wavelength services or dark fibre with custom managed optics.
Review my current setup.
Not ready to switch yet? Send us your current contracts, bills, or photos of your existing equipment. We'll review what you have, what you're paying, and where you could simplify, consolidate or improve — without any pressure to buy anything from us.
We benchmark your existing broadband, phones, mobile and IT against current UK market pricing and what your business actually needs.
Real engineer review of your current connectivity, voice setup, WiFi, security and continuity — strengths, gaps, and where you're overpaying or underprotected.
We tell you honestly what's available at your postcode — FTTP, leased line, alt-net carriers — and which makes commercial sense for your operation.
For businesses still on ISDN or aging on-premises PBX — an honest cost-and-feature comparison before the 2027 BT switch-off forces a rushed decision.
No hard sell. No fixed package pressure. If we're not a better fit, we'll tell you straight — and recommend what is.

Frequently asked questions
What speeds can I actually get at my postcode?
We run a proper pre-install survey. Full fibre (FTTP) is now available at most UK postcodes — usually 100Mbps to 1Gbps symmetrical. If your line can only support FTTC (older copper), we tell you straight. Leased lines are available everywhere but cost more and take longer to install.
How is business broadband different from residential?
Static IPs (vs CGNAT), guaranteed SLAs, priority routing, business-grade support, no fair-use throttling, and reliable upload speeds. Business broadband is engineered for VoIP, cloud apps, video calls and uploads — the things your business actually needs.
Do I need a leased line or will full fibre do?
Most businesses are fine on FTTP. You need a leased line if: you have 30+ users hammering the connection, you depend on it for revenue, or you need contractual uptime SLAs.
How long is installation?
Full fibre on existing duct work: 7-14 days. New duct work or leased lines: 21-45 days. We give you a realistic date during the survey, not a sales-team fantasy.
Will I have any downtime when switching?
No. We install the new connection alongside your existing one, test it, then port your services across. Your current line stays live until the new one is proven.
What happens if my fibre cuts?
4G/5G failover kicks in automatically — usually within 30 seconds. Your VoIP phones, card machines and cloud apps keep working. We restore the main fibre as fast as Openreach permits.
Do you cover my area?
We install nationwide. West Midlands is our home turf so we have engineers on the road there daily, but we have customers from Glasgow to Cornwall.
